I know exactly what different things can be done to take a signature without actually being there and signing in America... but I have no idea how to deal with this in the UK! I havn't or means to send this by post or fax, and I've got someone printing it for me on the other end. I just don't know how to deal with the "signature" aspect...
anyone know?

You didn't do that right. You need a bunch of exclaimation marks at least (and 'thing' not 'think').
