I have just had the startling realizeation that I have been out of school and the physical sciences too long (4.5 years). I was explaining something today, and I had already used letters and numbers, so I started using greek letters... and I had trouble writing them!<P>I tell graduate students I meet to get out, that it is so much nicer on the other side. Only now am I begining to understand the dire consequences.
