They blew up WHAT?! I didn't know we had an American base here ... (I guess it really was in Norway near the Finland - Norway border? ) But glad to get my country regocnized in a comic

Actally most 1st world contrys have bases in others. The US have UK bases and vice versa

Yes. Not to mention both are NATO countries...
But here in Finland I don't think it would have even been possible to talk about having US base here until very last few years. *points at the big bad country behind the eastern border*... The USSR (and Russia after that) is/was feared in the government.
Now things have/are changing though... We actually might join NATO in not too distant future
