I don't know, but I think they are cancerous.

The window treatment is a rare and beautiful variety of garden koi. Males have long colourful tails to attract mates, though with a limited number of female window treatments available, many of these mates are also male. The children stay with their parents for as long as 2 years, and the window treatment, being devotedly monogamous, mates for life.

That's lovely. I think Leni Riefenstahl photographed a few of those before she was stabbed by a homicidal piece of coral reef.
