*peers at the aliens in August 1st's comic* Man, Bob, did you do that intentionally? Those aliens are exactly like the Pakleds from Star Trek: The Next Generation, especially with the "We look for things that make us go" comment.

On Star Trek: The Next Generation, Lore the evil android was left lost in deep space, and when they met him again, he said that he was picked up by a PakLed trade ship. Those PakLed must be suckers for evil androids.

Okay... so, in the first ST:TNG movie, when the Klingon woman ordered "Fire at will!" did *you* wonder "what do they have against Riker?" > <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspot.com/KeenBoard/smile.gif"><P>Seriously, though, I have to admit I wasn't as big a Trek fan as a couple of my friends... but it *was* a fun show. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspot.com/KeenBoard/smile.gif"><P>W4E!<P>------------------

What's all the frickin fuss? That was an easy reference. Sheesh. If I'd been online when it came out I coulda been a contender.<P>That's one of my favorite episodes. My wife and I often quote it. (Yes, she's a Trekkie too. And a theoretical physicist to boot. Somehow she has these herculean powers of suspension of disbelief....)<P>------------------

"Bob is smart. Bob helps us go."<P>I don't know, that episode has a particularly quotable flair to it. I've always loved it.<P>------------------
