Everything was loud to the point of reverberation

Better than a bag full of severed heads, especially if the bag leaks.

nah, every time I sit down and try to make a song I lose interest.

same thing with comics, I've tried to start a few projects even. my most recent attempt has 5/6 pages inked but it's taken 3 months off and on just to produce that much, with up to a month in between of not even pencilling new pages.

I started on a script today, eight 4-panel strips worth that would start out with Max and Cammy as Road Waffles 4, chapter ONE: Cam & Max Hit the Road
(plot) having wasted their $200,000 in nevada over the last 7 years, C&M end up robbing a gas station on their way back east because they're broke as fuck and need to fill up their car, so they plan to make a casual entrance then knock the register and flee on a full tank. things go wrong.

I don't expect to really get into it, but it would be easier and quicker for me to do. it turns out putting a lot of effort into full page comics isn't really my forte, and starting out simple with 4 panels and line art tends to build momentum and keep rolling.

it would also be better if I got ahead and determined my pace, and then released the strip incrementally. I'm shooting for the traditional Nov.8th start date as RW's reawakening on its 11th anniversary. damn, it's been that long?

automate?

what, like program robots to do it for me? hire some hack to do the art while I spit out crappy dialogue?

or get Jim Davis to write and draw it? (heck he's got nothing better to do since Garfield is 'automated' for him)

*edit - I've already drawn and scanned 4 strips so far :P *

I wonder how you would handle a coming of age story.

I could imagine that.

They're all sitting around in detention, and Bender goes: "Hey, any of you guys wanna try Special K?"
