I just noticed the following snippet on the Keenspot "Company Info" and it struck me as being quite odd:

Chris Crosby, 23, created and published his first professional comic book, SNAP THE PUNK TURTLE, at the age of 16 in 1993.

If you were 16 in 1993, shouldn't you be 26 or so?

That might also explain why Keenspot escaped the dot-com burst mostly unscathed.

It's continuum, I believe. dictionary.reference.com seems to agree.

Maybe he just decided to be 23 for the rest of his life. It's a good plan!

He could have spent a couple years on a spaceship that was going near the speed of light. That could theoretically make it so that only 23 years have passed for Chris even though 26 years have passed on Earth.

Also, there is the possibility that when Chris was 3 years old, he came down with a normally terminal illness, so his rich parents had a clone created... However, Chris surprisingly pulled through, so there was no need for the clone, but they decided to let it grow anyway, you know, as backup. Then later on, sometime after Chris-1 was 16 in 1993, he died, and was subsequently replaced by Chris-2, who of course is 3 years younger than Chris Prime.

Or, Keenspot might have some kind of reverse-information thing running, where while time goes forward their news goes backwards, so when Keenspot was created their company info reflected conditions at the End of Keenspot, and when Keenspot ceases to be their company info will reflect conditions at the Beginning of Keenspot. You know, an Alpha-Omega/Omega-Alpha Paradox. No, that's not a real term.

And last but not least, I propose that Chris has that disease, the one that effects the center of the brain that handles ages. You know, that one. There was a movie about it... with Robin Williams, I think.

Eh, I wouldn't feel too bad, I'm only three months away from being 22 and I haven't accomplished anything yet, and I'm destined to become the King of Earth.

Also, I'm skeptical about Snap the Punk Turtle. Who published it? Where and when did it exist? Was it sold, even on an indy level? Is reality even real? The truth is out there!

Well, he published it himself, so for all we know there are 15 existing copies. Once the Superosity TV show airs, those will be worth a fortune!

The Superosity TV show will only be broadcast from, and to, Chris'
house. And he will do all the voices. But he will forget to TIVO it.
