The Death of Superosity Makes Me Gay

I have signed up with this underappreciated wasteland to vainly announce that my even less appreciated wasteland, Superosity Makes Me Gay, is retiring.

In its place, Superosity Makes Me Giddy has risen, like a Phoenix rising from slumber sick with the thought of having to explain to the landlord about yet another incinerated bed. I've long been concerned that the previous name had potential to be divisive, so have finally gone with a rename. Superosity is about joy, not polemics. With the name change comes, hopefully, a better update schedule. Once every one or two weeks is my goal. I figure I might as well get to it, I know that I can do it. Think --> Type --> Update. Not even old Swiper will stop me.

I write this with the hope that the link on the Superosity main page gets updated, and also with the hope that I might instill some interest in other people. The current link will have become a dead link. Just replace "gay" with "giddy"... I'm reluctant to type out the link with all these spambots watching.

I've also noticed that the Superosity Wiki which didn't get the desired momentum partly due to the interference of those dastardly spambots, has now been wiped from the web. Was it snapped up by a cybersquatter? It's sad that there are so many programs designed simply to suck pleasure out of the world on the off chance it might be profitable.

Indeedy doo. Superosity fandom sure needs a shot in the arm, and then needs that arm amputated to be replaced with some sort of enhanced prosthetic. I'm not sure what I can do short of spamming other places in the internet, but that never tends to endear people to the advertised sight so I'm loathe to do so. I'm open to suggestions.

I'm thinking about compiling a primer article for new Superosity readers, as the massive archive could prove quite offputting for new readers. If you have some favourite storylines or one-off strips that you think are representative of the work as a whole, feel free to present them for consideration. It doesn't help getting more people here, but might help them stay if they ever do come.
