igloos were "invented" by the various native cultures of the far north of the americas. this process undoubtedly was created and refined over thousands of years, making the idea that any one man--or woman--could be credited as the inventor highly dubious. asking this question betrays a stunning lack of sensitivity and knowledge about native cultures.

it depends on the mobile phone company and your position. it also depends on how invested you are in your job and the company which employs you. however, the most likely answer is most certainly yes.

1) Where does the cat photo in your avatar come from?

2) Which 'Superosity' strips feature 'Entourage' characters?

Three) Why doesn't my 'three' key work?

4) How long will it be until I find a job and somewhere to live?

5) What's the difference between jealousy and envy?

6) How do I find the centers of a triangle?

7) Why do men have nipples?

8) What's the best race to play in 'Age of Empires II: Age of Kings' (including the 'Age of Conquerors' expansion)?

I rate your answers with a thumbs-down because I have noticed that sometimes you make value judgements about the person asking the question and that's just not on. The only dumb question is the question that isn't asked.

J. wrote:1) Where does the cat photo in your avatar come from?

i found it while trying to download pornography
2) Which 'Superosity' strips feature 'Entourage' characters?

the strips are as follows:
  • the strips in which characters from the HBO show 'entourage" appear
Three) Why doesn't my 'three' key work?

most likely, it is broken. another possibility is that is does work, you are just suffering from an extremely mild case of numeric aphasia.
4) How long will it be until I find a job and somewhere to live?

these things take time. it could be anywhere from a few days to a few years; however, if you are extremely talented and charismatic, a few days is more likely. however, if you are not, which i feel is the more likely scenario, you will be jobless and homeless for some time. sorry.
5) What's the difference between jealousy and envy?

jealousy is when you fear for losing something to another person, such as a girlfriend or job position. envy is when you are pained by someone having something you want or desire. so: if someone wants your girlfriend (unlikely), you would feel jealous of them; if you wanted someone else's girlfriend (likely), you would be envious of them.

however, in modern english usage they have aquirred pretty much synonymous meanings.
6) How do I find the centers of a triangle?

bisect the angles, motherfucker.
7) Why do men have nipples?

men are capable of breast feeding their children, it just typically doesn't happen. they have nipples so that when and if a man does begin to lactate, the milk can escape instead of causing his mammary glands to swell and become extremely uncomfortable.
8) What's the best race to play in 'Age of Empires II: Age of Kings' (including the 'Age of Conquerors' expansion)?

humans
9) Is it better to live in a civilization during its ascent or its decline?

neither. living at a time that its absolute apex occurs exactly half-way through your life is the best, because then you get a little of both. but, if i must choose, the decline because there tends to be a little more partying.

And finally:

10) What's the meaning of life?

having kids

QUESTION: Would it have been funny if, on Frasier, Niles portrayed two people who looked identical,
like Niles Crane and a COUSIN? A la FRIENDS?

I vote Crosby makes a offshoot comic with a drawn RevSam man, answering questions thus. It is enjoyableee.

i think it would depend on how the writers handled it and the character of this "identical cousin". if he was just a carbon copy of niles, it would be somewhat boring. however, if he were crude and uninterested in the fancy pants culture that niles and frasier were into and more like, perhaps, their father martin, that would be likely to be humorous.

RevSam, I was pretty steamed before and said some things that maybe I shouldn't have. I will give you another chance, but please don't make me mad again.

Why doesn't the dropdown box for the Superosity archives work properly anymore????

while those situations, individually, may have been quite funny, the whole of the plot device would have been extremely tiring and outside of the comedy that frasier normally utilizes. while frasier certanly utilized farce for much of their comedy, it was always rooted in reality. while the characters would often get into outrageous situations, those situations would arise from quite believable circumstances. a niles doppleganger would not be a believable circumstance; in fact, such a circumstance would be so outside of the style of the comedy of frasier as to represent what is commonly known as "jumping the shark" and would be more than likely painfully unfunny.

So have you seen that show The Mighty B!? It's pretty good, isn't it? It's quite a relief to find a decent cartoon created in the late noughties, where quality televised animation is not as plentiful as it used to be, right? Most of the people commenting on this cartoon at the IMDb website are complete jerks without any taste, aren't they?

i wouldn't know. like i said, i haven't seen this show.

considering they choose to comment on the internet movie database, which is widely accepted as the dregs of the internet commentary world, yes. however, considering that you read the comments on IMDB, the same could easily be said about you.
