Art... Bah

It will always live on in our hearts. And other vital organs contained within our eventually-dead bodies.

Anyone hear about "Untitled" which apparently sold for some enormous sum (i think it was US$800,000, don't quote me)? It was a used coffee cup and a lady bug attached to a piece of wood.
Art is stupid. People that read things that simply aren't there into art are stupider. Artists are even more stupid. People that buy art for large sums are most stupid.

The gregorian simplicity of your post, the phrasing, the rythmic slant: Nay, the "pattern" if you will, suggests to me the quinticential essence of forgotten pleasure.
Quite astounding.
I'll start the bidding (providing the said post, or work of art, (WOA) is printed and framed), at a biscuit.
