I didn't see the mysterious crowd person correctly the first time, so I thought he had his mouth open in a big goofy smile, not that he was wearing a cloak.

Warlock, it's easy to tell that pic has been edited. There are still people alive in the background.

...ok, there goes the plan of climbing into the stands.
So that's what they do whenever Thunt switches to another story arc.

I'm thinking about it. Believe me, drawing a single stationary posed character is easier than drawing all the action that both LSN and EvilCoatrack convey with their characters.

But you'd only have to draw about eight updates or so. By then all the players should be dead.

Trust me, it's not that easy. I've been trying.

That said, Warlock's art is really cool. I can't imagine ever being able to keep that detail up each night with 7-9 players doing different things, though. My updates generally take 1-2 hours, sometimes less if people are in fewer rooms and not doing a whole lot.

disclaimer: the author ifo this piece has never played the tomb of horrors, so his knowledge is sketchy.

Wow! Thank you, EvilCoatrack. MinMax, PsiMax, Forgath, Kin and even my Warlock avatar were all created using some of your characters as a base. I basically copied one of the guards from one your updates into Paint, opened up the Goblins comic to a page showing a good detail of the character I'm working on and copied the color directly from the comic. I've been enjoying watching both your and LoneStarNorth's games so much, I had to try a little myself.

If I were to make a game, I definitely would not be able to put this level of detail into the characters. I'd probably be using more stick-figure like characters, too.

It gets easier with practice. It only takes me two hours to update all three of my games! :D

So many good forum games here already, and we could always use more. :)

No! Remove the good games, so people will be forced to join mine instead.

Maybe one of them with decent APP and on a Worg should try to flaunt for the crowd to throw the goblins some stuff after they finish the guards...

"Whew. I sure hope all those goblins rest up tonight. They'll need every bit of health for the champions tommorow."

"Quite. And it's not like they can escape tonight after that music anyway."

"True. So, you'll be taking off work early to get a good seat?"

"You know I would not miss it."

Points(not bites) wanders into the crowd, and takes a seat right next to Kelten.

"Psssssst, want a Goblin Milkshake? Tastes minty, it is also green, hence the name, "Goblin Milkshake""

Someone in the crowd yells:

"Hey, use the Champion Gauntlet's special ability so you can knock Knightmare back and give an extra turn for healing/getting some hits in on him when he charges back into melee/making him lose an extra turn of attacks, if he's a fast enemy. And you'd have some free time to flaunt and get the crowd better on your favor too, and maybe use the crowd surge to finish off Knightmare!"

Also, random question, how does the gauntlet work? Does it knock back an enemy right away, or does all intended combat happen first, then the enemy is knocked back, or what?

Looks very oddly at the crazy person in the crowd who seems to be yelling a bunch of game mechanics... what a crazy.

Said crazy person's mother catches up to him.
"Jeffrey, what have I told you about yelling nonsense to those poor arena fighters? You're probably confusing those poor, simple goblins half to death! Get back over here and sit down with your mother."
"But Moooooom, I can help Knightmare in this fight, it's like I'm helping to beat the goblins!"
"Don't talk back to me, and quit it with your crazy ideas, you know you wouldn't last five seconds in the arena. Remember when little Suzy gave you that whuppin' last week? You're three years older than her, and she made you cry!"
The crazy kid gets dragged back, crying because his mom is grabbing his ear too hard.

SPOILERS:Man, I'm weird when I'm sick and tired.
