That is a contradictory poll here.
If someone is NOT voting, there would be no options for "NO". If there are votes for "no", they are lies. So only valid option is "yes". What is the point of poll with just one option?

35 people have proven that they participate in polls by choosing either option (yes==yes and no==yes; the logic is faultless), so that leaves those of us who do not participate in polls unaccountable! The third option (not to participate) is the only true option for those who do not!
Ooh, there should have been another option: "Yes, but not this one". I would have liked to see the numbers on that.
