Prognostication? Ha!

Postby Tom Radigan on Fri Dec 21, 2012 5:00 pm

Well, the date supposedly predicted by thye Mayans as the end of the world, or at least some sort of big event happening, has come and gone and...big whoop. Of course I wondered how many people really were expecting anything. False predictions are a dime a dozen.

A lot of end of the world "predictions" have at least said the world will end, or even described how it would happen. Yet somehow this one "went viral" despite the fact it doesn't actually say the world will end, it just says a calendar will end... which it certainly did.

Actually it didn't. It just looped back around to the start.
