Means I'm debating whether to turn my back completely on the comics, or not.
I'd rather not, of course, but time limits me to do so much at once.

Ha, OK.
Tough, it's surprising that you have less time, seeing that you give yourself the week-end. You never missed a day with Funny-farm.
Have new ellement come to your life, or is it more a case of writer block?

If cartooning was my day job, my ONLY job, I'd be more than happy to do it weekends and continue updating Das Bot/Funny Farm on a regular basis.
Unfortunately it's not and after 9/10 years of daily FF, I want weekends off again. :\
