Comic Talk

Postby Salazar on Wed Oct 22, 2008 8:34 pm

Here's a thread for people to come and talk about the current comic!

All I can say:

Is that the most awkward thing to ask someone ever? I think it might be in the top ten.
If Frollo was a real person I would have molested him by now

Fine I'll bring my beef to the boards. I still want Boe/Pom slash. On the less adult side of things AWKward! Someone asked me about my sex organ on a date once and I left.

I always make sure to pack mine before I go anywhere, you know, in case I need to open jars.

[Comic 10/27] Oh the things in life that can bring people together. Nice counter to drama.

I have to say that the new comic is off to a great start, Smith. I've been following your works for a long time, it's nice to see you working in a large format on this one, let's you have more artistic freedom.

I'm still extending my creepers to new parts of the internet but your works are some of my favourites and I was very sad to see FF end. Actually I came in around like...'07 and caught up from the beginning in...oh say a month or so.

If he is going to conceal his face, why not bring the armor first seen back? I loved that design.

It wasn't mentioned in the strip, but most of his old outfit was stolen as souvenirs. ;)

Mmm, human leather shirts, could we be witnessing the start of a trend here?

We could guess any number of things, but I wonder if he'll say at some point WHAT he doesn't miss.

It's already implied. He doesn't miss bad hair.

I wonder if we're seeing the start of a traveling party here, I could see Scarecrow sticking around with them (with some convincing).

I don't think even Rawn much cares for Scarrow's presence anymore.

Yes, though fantasy traveling parties hardly ever get along anyway : P.

Truuuuuue...

In Scarrow's case, however, I think he's more inclined to become an enemy than an ally.

And in fantasy enemies always make the best allies later on.

I'm apparently just not letting this go : p.

Either way I hope he becomes a semi-regular character I like him.

Unfortunately this enemy goes where the money is. I don't think Coven and Rawn can offer him much...

Let's hope no one puts a bounty on THEIR heads. ;D

I may very well be trying to throw you off the story track too.

Then I'll just have to make my story speculation more outlandish:

CovenxScarecrow!

And now I am feeling deep shame.

You thought it, you draw it!

Fortunately for Scarrow, you wrote "Scarecrow".
How chafing for Coven...

Dear god I have been writing Scarecrow this whole time and only now realized it. I am double shamed.

And I think we both know you deserve better fan art than coven making out with a bag of straw. I'll see what I can do about that.

EDIT: And so i did.

I wish I did name him Scarecrow, since you seem to like that particular character instead of Scarrow. ;D
