9/27/10 comic, or: "Did that *really* happen?"

OK James & Mel, was this something that really happened with Raislin and Caramon (God rest his soul); or is this an original gag? Just curious because my parent's old cat, Silver, also had this *thing* for getting into places that he really wasn't supposed to.

I still cry whenever I happen across Caramon's memorial. He was truly a good goddamn cat.

I once had a cat get into the fireplace, though she didn't climb up the chimney. She was black and white before she went in, and gray when she came out, and did not appreciate being washed to turn her back to black and white. Or as they say, all cats are gray in the fireplace ash pit.

I live to serve. The random voices in the background? Oh yeah, this happened DURING AnimeFest, when we had an entire houseful of other cartoonists crashing with us. He couldn't have proper chaos without a full audience, oh no. :P
