Mark Markson?

If parody has a name, it must be... Zortic! ('cause, let's face it, what's Mel Brooks done lately?)

I'm wondering if it's a take-off on Mark Goodson's name.

Not only the gameshow, but it was the image that Satan took during Zortic's journey to the underworld. Mark Markson has always been the character's name, I just don't think I've revealed it yet. (And yes, Mark Goodson was part of the inspiration.)

The original wording to the comic that Propellerhead referred to had Zortic turning around saying "Hmm? What was the question, Mark?" and the Jeopardy-ish "answer" over his shoulder said "This symbol decorated the costume of the Riddler on TV's Batman." Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to establish the MC's name, so I didn't think that gag would have worked. However I never saw a need to change his name...

I've always wanted to bring him back in kind of a "Wrath of Khan" way, but I think you'll enjoy what he has in mind.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
Reality shows hit the Webcomics! It's awful! It's outrageous! It's int...Wait a minute: Does this mean that we will have Zoie in shower scenes? Zoie in a bikini? We know already that they have problems with the food (since Zortic was more than happy to admit Zoie's mom aboard when she told him that she knew hot to cook.)

EDIT: Forgot to ask: When did Steve Martin made that phrase popular? Was it in a movie, an interview or just in a figment of your imagination Mark?

Stop making me feel old!!!!

"Well Exxxxxcccuuuuuusssseeeee Meeeeeeee!" was always Steve Martin's big catch phrase during his stand up comedy days. I had most of his comedy albums memorized at the time.

Is that for real? I thought it was part of the Fisher King movie to torture the protagonist!

Live and learn, son...err...buddy?

Judging by his behavior, I can see why Satan took on his apperance.

"It looked so cute when you actually thought you had a choice."

Wonder how our Mark plans to send a torpedo into this guy's plans?
