Hey Owen,

Who ever thought that a 1400 year old man would be so into reading Clive Barker?

Hehe...kidding. I just love all the little references you've thrown in.

Heh. I make a point of adding things from whatever book I'm reading at the time into my art. I've been giving Cecania a lot of George. R. R. Martin based Tees Lately, and in Landis poor Guy was reading some Ervine ( trainspotting) Welsh.
Also, if memory serves, There is a copy of "Rabbit,Run" somewhere when Ardy is checking out (John) Updike pharmaceuticals.
I think the Barker book I was reading at the time was "Coldheart Canyon"
although for comic continuity sake, we'll say that Lyght likes the consistant "transformation of the flesh" theme found in most of Barker's work.
Yeah, that sounds right.

Wow,

good call on the transformation of the flesh. It would appear that Lyght IS all about this.

One thing that makes me laugh a little bit is why its taken characters such as Lyght THIS long to actually attempt to come up with something to rid the world of mortals...or is it simply the fact that only now with the genome project being completed is it even possible for someone to create cannibals out of mortal man?

Hm...I wonder.

Clive Barker is my FAVORITE writer!!
Imajica is like my Bible!
I read in an interview a few months ago that he is working on a sequel to Imajica and the next book of The Art. I can hardly wait!
