Hey, mzacher, (this is even sorta on-topic in this thread) may I ask why you decided to take all but your most recent art offline? It's missed.

I knew :)

Er... *how* did you know? *nervously checks for cameras...

And as mzacher said, I've just been exposed to bad influences :)

You've had people assume you were a hermaphrodite?

Erm, that's not what I meant, no...

There are no cameras :) I just picked it up from the forum, general things about the words you use and sentence formations, stuff like that. There's nothing sinister going on this end, trust me :)

Also, angel is something of a giveaway, with the possible exception of 'Angel of Death/Destruction' or other such allusions to the macabre.

The other two, on the other hand, might get you roped in to a more involved debate, which could expose ones ignorance.

Me, I'm a very strange breed of slacker, in that I'll bother over-thinking such issues :)

Hmm. I never realized that I, too, must be a slacker that over-analyzes such things. Learn something new every day.

*glances up the thread a bit* I wouldn't really call it much of a giveaway, given that more than a few people have been suprised :)

Odd... I wasn't surprised, but I have no idea why... On another list I exchange with a poster named CelticAngel, who is male, so it weren't the Angel part....

You mean her nose? I thought that was just part of Sir Josh's approach to this style of art. Oh wait, I see her nose now. Hm. Well, what do you mean?

The back of her head, perhaps? :) I can't see it, after all.

Ohh. She's missing some lumbar vertebrae, isn't she? Or perhaps some of the lowest ribs on her ribcage?

Very nice work!

And as for the "missing part," I support Josh's choice... Unless you're doing a hentai comic, the labia region is best left without specific definition.

This is one of the differences between "erotic art" and "smut." ;-)

See, this is one of those times when you realy need that eye-popping smiley. Seriously.

I can't think of an appropriate comment, so I'll refrain from speaking lest I say something utterly stupid.

:o Um.... ick. I hope you're just quoting the song to be flippant.

(I'll refrain from straying into genuine bad taste by invoking the title of an early Who song about a guy who lived in the sand on the Isle of Man in response to this. Oddly enough, it follows the song Neil is parodying on Side 2 of the 1976 double LP set The Story of the Who. Coincidence?)

K.A.H.
Though I do love Keith Moon's drumming in the latter song.

I agree with you. It really looks weird this way. I think a patch of hair "down there" would really help, and wouldn't look vulgar.
